I cannot make it to my event, can I get a refund?
All tickets are FINAL SALE. 

How do I log into my account?
Go to “MY ACCOUNT” and select "LOGIN" at the top of the screen.
Enter your username/email and password used to create the account.
If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" button on the login page.

Why can't I register with my email or phone number?
You must select your country from the drop-down menu. The phone number is optional.
If you choose to enter your phone number, it must be entered without spaces, brackets or dashes (example: 7801234567).
If your email is already in use, you've purchased tickets with us before or you've created an account already using that email address. Please select the LOGIN tab instead of REGISTER and enter the username/email address and your password.

How do I transfer my tickets to someone else?
To send a ticket to someone else:
1. Go to “MY TICKETS”, and your list of tickets will appear.
2. Select "SEND TICKET" on the ticket you are transferring. Complete required fields. 
3. Enter the recipient's email address in the first two boxes.
4. Add a message to the recipient.
5. Verify the transfer with your account password. This will be the password you use to log in. 
6. Click "SEND TICKET" at the bottom of the page when done.
*Please note that the recipient must create an account if they do not have an existing account in order to receive the ticket. Transferred tickets must be retrieved from their account. 
**Please also note that once a ticket is transferred, the original QR code will no longer be valid. 

How can I move my tickets to my Apple wallet?
Our tickets are not compatible with the Apple wallet. Some alternatives to have the tickets easily accessible on your mobile device are below.
Option 1: Open the PDF on your phone and take a screenshot to have it in your camera roll on the night of the show.
Option 2: Download it on your phone, it will save it to your files where you can move it into a convenient folder.

My credit card was charged but where are my tickets?
