F7 Entertainment Group Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

“F7 Entertainment Group”, “Us” and “We” mean F7 Entertainment Group Inc.

“Site” means the F7 Entertainment Group website and all the services connected within

“Host” means the third party supplier of Tickets for Events including, but not limited to: Venues, Artists, Promoters, Event Organisers or others

“Event” means the individual event or events promoted on the F7 Entertainment Group site for which Tickets are available

“Tickets” are the right of admission to an Event

“The Customer” means the individual purchasing tickets using this Site

Welcome to F7 Entertainment Group:

Please read all of our terms and conditions carefully. By using this site and registering to buy tickets, the Customer will have complied to have agreed and accepted all the terms below.

Registration:

To buy Tickets the Customer must be a registered user of the Site. To be a registered user of the Site, the Customer agrees to a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site registration form and b) maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

The Customer is responsible for all information posted using their account, including instances where anyone using their email address and password has accessed the Site. It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep their password secure and protected to prevent such access.

Refunds:

ALL SALES FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. F7 Entertainment Group also does not offer refunds on used tickets after an event has played out.

Event/Venue Rules and Regulations:

Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Event as issued by the Host and the venue. Full details are available from the Host on request. The Customer and all other Ticket holders in the Customer’s  party must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the Event.

General Conditions Across All Events:

• All patrons and ticket holders must be able to produce Government issued photo ID to show proof of name and age.
• The right of admission is reserved by the Host and venue. The Customer may be refused entry or ejected for anti-social behavior or other activity deemed inappropriate.
• The right is reserved to alter, amend, add, withdraw or substitute Event artists, prices, date, venue, capacity, age restrictions and times.
• Recording equipment of any description may not be used without the express written approval of the Host.

Safer Spaces Policy:

F7 Entertainment is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers, attendees, and followers of our social media platforms, festival sites, and concerts. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any behaviour that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive, including but not limited to the following:

• Harassment: We do not tolerate any form of harassment, including but not limited to verbal or written abuse, threats, or any behaviour that is intended to intimidate, humiliate, or discriminate against any person.
• Hate speech: We do not tolerate any form of hate speech, including but not limited to language that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
• Fraudulent activity: We do not tolerate any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the sale of counterfeit tickets, the use of stolen credit cards, or any other form of illegal activity.
• Inappropriate content: We do not tolerate any inappropriate content, including but not limited to content that is sexually explicit, violent, or offensive.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of the offender's account or access to the event, festival, or social media platform, and may also result in legal action. We reserve the right to determine what behavior constitutes a violation of this policy, and we may take any action we deem necessary to enforce it.

We encourage all attendees, followers, and customers to report any behaviour they believe violates this policy to us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate them thoroughly.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, followers, and customers of our events, festival sites, concerts, and social media platforms.

Termination:

F7 Entertainment Group, at its sole discretion, may terminate the Customer’s password, account(s) and/or the Customer’s right to access the Event at any time for any reason or no reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use, failure to timely pay any fees or other monies due, or if F7 Entertainment Group believes that the Customer has violated or acted inconsistently with the Terms and Conditions herein contained or against the letter of spirit of these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property:

The Copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the material contained in the Site, belong to F7 Entertainment Group and may not be used in any manner without written consent from F7 Entertainment Group.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. F7 Entertainment Group HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. F7 Entertainment Group MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT: (I) THE SITE WILL MEET THE CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (IV) THE QUALITY, SAFETY OR LEGALITY OF ANY CONTENT, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY THE CUSTOMER, OR EVENTS ATTENDED, THROUGH THE SITE, OR THE SERVICES THEMSELVES (OR ANY PART THEREOF), WILL MEET THE CUSTOMER’S EXPECTATIONS, OR (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SITE WILL BE CORRECTED. F7 Entertainment Group IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR THE CONTENT, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, ACTIONS OR INACTIONS OF ANY USER, BUYER OR OTHER NON-ORGANIZER, ORGANIZER OR THIRD PARTY BEFORE, DURING AND/OR AFTER AN EVENT; AND F7 Entertainment Group WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY WARRANTY DISCLAIMED IN (I) THROUGH (V) ABOVE. THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT F7 Entertainment Group HAS NO CONTROL OVER AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY OR LEGALITY OF EVENTS ADVERTISED, THE TRUTH OR ACCURACY OF ANY USERS' (INCLUDING BUYERS', OTHER NON-ORGANIZERS' AND ORGANIZERS') CONTENT OR LISTINGS, OR THE ABILITY OF ANY USER (INCLUDING BUYERS, OTHER NON-ORGANIZERS AND ORGANIZERS) TO PERFORM, OR ACTUALLY COMPLETE A TRANSACTION. THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Notwithstanding the foregoing, The Customer may report the misconduct of users, Buyers, other non-Organizers, Organizers and/or third parties in connection with the Site to F7 Entertainment Group. F7 Entertainment Group, at its sole discretion, may investigate the claim and take necessary action.

Limitation of Liability:

F7 Entertainment Group SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS TOS, FOR: (I) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF F7 Entertainment Group HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), (II) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, (III) AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF CDN $100.00 IN THE AGGREGATE FOR ALL CLAIMS WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE, OR (IV) ANY MATTERS BEYOND F7 Entertainment Group’S REASONABLE CONTROL. F7 Entertainment Group SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE CONTENT OF ANY HOST, EVENT OR ANY CONTENT OF ANY OTHER USER OF THE SITE.

Release:

IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING PERMITTED TO ACCESS AND USE THE SITE, THE CUSTOMER HEREBY AGREES TO RELEASE F7 Entertainment Group, AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, CO-BRANDERS, OTHER PARTNERS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ALL DAMAGES (WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE), LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS AND EXPENSES OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH DISPUTES BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THIRD PARTIES (INCLUDING OTHER ORGANIZERS, BUYERS, AND OTHER NON-ORGANIZERS) IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE.

Privacy:

All information provided by the Customer or collected by F7 Entertainment Group in connection with the Services is governed by F7 Entertainment Group’S Privacy Policy. F7 Entertainment Group strongly recommends that the Customer review the Privacy Policy closely. Further, any information submitted or provided by the Customer to the Site may be publicly accessible. The Customer should take care to protect private information or information that is important to them.  F7 Entertainment Group shall not be responsible for protecting any such information and is not liable for the protection of privacy of electronic mail or other information transferred through the Internet or any other network that the Customer may use. Please be aware that if the Customer decides to disclose personally identifiable information on the Services, this information may become public. F7 Entertainment Group does not control and shall not be responsible for the acts of the Customer or any other users (whether Organizers, Buyers, other non-Organizers or otherwise) of the Site.
